Women Caring for the Land Learning Circle - Illinois
Building soil health is an investment in your farmland and America’s heartland. But how do you know if your soil is healthy? Join us for a conversation about conservation with other women who own or manage farmland outside the city and with women professionals from different agricultural and conservation agencies who can answer questions and share resources. Learn about conservation and farming practices that promote healthy and productive farms by nurturing life in the soil.
A light lunch and optional walking tour (if applicable) will be provided. We encourage you to invite other women landowners who may benefit from this program. If you need special accommodations, please notify us when you RSVP.
