American Farmland Trust and Tall Pines Conservancy invite you to the launch of the Wisconsin Farmland Regional Conservation Partnership Program, an exciting new farmland protection collaboration in Wisconsin.
With funding provided by the USDA-NRCS Regional Conservation Partnership Program, American Farmland Trust is joining forces with Tall Pines Conservancy and 16 other organizations over the next five years to protect thousands of acres of farmland in Wisconsin. Join us for an afternoon celebration at the beautiful Folk Song Farm.
